Ginger beef

Cooking time: 10 min. / 10 min.Difficulty: easy

Amazing combination of flavours. And this Malay recipe with Chinese roots is very easy and fast too. I got it even without asking for it. It was enough to mention in the restaurant I was enjoying this dish that it is really delicious and that I love cooking and I got the recipe together with the bill.

Mix oyster sauce, soya sauce and sesame oil. Add beef and let marinade 5 minutes.

Heat up oil in a wok, stir fry ginger, garlic, chilies, onion and white parts of spring onions for about 30 seconds.

Add beef, green parts of spring onions and fry shortly on a high heat until the beef gets brown.

Add salt, pepper and chili powder, mix and serve.

Serve with rice garnished with fried onions.
