    White lentils are actually black, only after removing the black skin it becomes white. It belongs to mung beans family and originally comes from India, where it is one of the essentials in dosa or idly batter.

    Mushroom with a jelly consistency used widely in South East Asia cuisine, for instance in Thailand and Vietnam.

    Wormwood (Artemisia absinthium) has a very bitter taste. It is a digestive with laxative effect too. It is used for preparation of various drinks.
