Water spinach stalks in a coconut sauce
Fast, easy, with minimum of ingredients. Simply ideal recipe. Dish, I tried on a Thai local market. Pleasantly light for the hot days and not spicy either. Back home I tried it with young green beens and it was pretty good too.
Bring coconut milk to a light boil. Add sugar and soya sauce and boil 1-2 minutes on a small heat. Stir all the time.
Add water spinach stalks, cook 2-4 more minutes.
Serve with rice and other Thai dishes.
